1. Our Inspection Service

We use small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones) to perform aerial inspections and capture visual and thermal data.

2. Your Role in a Smooth Inspection

• Permission to Fly: You give us the green light to operate our drone on and above your property. We also need permission in certain airspace from Air Traffic Control through the LAANC system. Reach out with any questions as this is schedule specific.
• Clear the Area: For safety, please make sure all people, pets, and potential obstacles are cleared from the inspection site before we the flight. The pilot will give you instructions prior and the day of the flight.
• Property Access: If we need permission to fly over or on a specific area, such as from a homeowners' association (HOA) we will be in close contact with you for that to get taken care of. We are here to help.

3. What Our Drones Can and Can't Do

• Weather Dependent: If conditions like high winds, rain, or fog are not suitable for a safe flight, we'll need to reschedule. We'll always keep you informed!
• Obstacles Happen: Sometimes trees, power lines, or other objects can block our view. We will adapt to fulfill client needs.
• Just Visual Information: The information and images we provide are "as is." While we do our best, we can't guarantee that the data will be perfectly complete or accurate.

4. The Data We Capture

• We maintain ownership of all the photos and videos captured during the inspection.
• We give you a license to use the inspection data. However, you can't sell or redistribute our content without our written permission.

5. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We will never share your personal or financial information without express written permission.

Personal Information: Information you provide to us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address when you contact us or book a service.

Cookies: Like most websites, we use cookies to collect information and enhance your experience. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings.
